Nine Peaks isn't managed by a remote investment firm. It is designed and built by Perspective Design Build, locally operating in the Comox Valley since 2016.
We are Peter Bain and George Slomp. We aren't just the developers; we are Red Seal Carpenters who spent five years (2016–2020) refining these blueprints to meet our "Red Seal Standard" before pouring a single foot of concrete.
We are on-site every day. When you have a technical question—whether it’s about our acoustic privacy framing or the 50-year TPO roofing—you don't get a sales script. You get an answer from the person holding the hammer.
